Special Approval - Rezoning

Ordinance/Comprehensive Plan
To rezone a property, property
owners must prove that surrounding conditions have changed to
an extent to warrant a rezoning. In addition, the rezoning
should not negatively impact surrounding property values or
other issues. Members from the PC will provide an on-site
review for the impact to neighboring land uses, safety issues
and compatibility to the Comprehensive Plan. The final
decision will be determined by Council action. All submitted
site plans should be reproducible prints that are no larger
than 11x17.
Review Process:
Staff review → Planning Commission → City Council
