Historic Home Tours
Historic Home Tours from 1:00pm to
5:00pm including 8 homes and the Historic Chapel and Vaughn
Cemetery open for viewing. Refreshments will be served at
the Wood River Museum and Visitor’s Center. Tickets for the
tour are $10 if purchased in advance and $12 the day of the
tour. You may purchase tickets at City Hall, Wood River
Library, Wood River Museum, Camps Drug Store or Dick’s
Flower Shop. The day of the Tour, tickets will be available
at the Wood River Museum (40 W. Ferguson) or Historic Chapel
(446 E. Lorena).Centennial souvenirs will be available for purchase at
the Wood River Museum to include a “keepsake” ornament,
decals, polo shirts, wooden plaques, calendars with old Wood
River photos, note cards, postcards and books about Wood
River. |

Bike Ride Ramble/Movie in the
Park 9:00pm start time at Emerick Sports Complex and
ends at Central Park between 10:00pm and 10:30pm. Helmets
are required and all riders will get a T-shirt and bike
reflector. Children must be accompanied by an adult. A movie
at Central Park will follow with refreshments and a bike
raffle. Pre-register at the Roundhouse, 633 Wood River
Avenue or Wood River City Hall, 111 N. Wood River Avenue.
Registration fee is $2.00/individual or $5.00/family. |

Ice Cream Social at
Central Park Ice cream social
will be held from 2:00pm till 7:00pm. Featuring old
fashioned ice cream, a cake walk, dunking booth, face
painting, bouncehouse, hamburgers, hot dogs, steak
sandwiches, cotton candy, funnel cakes, popcorn, soda, lemon
shake-ups and the Muny Band. |

at Belk Park Fishing Clinic
at 10:00am and Fishing Derby at 1:00pm. Food vendors and
